Placing An Order:
After you place an order, you will be notified that your order
has been received. Most orders will be processed in 1 to 3
days. In case of an out of stock item, your order will ship
within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping Methods:
We ship via UPS and US Postal Service. All shipments are
sent via ground and can take 3 to 7 days depending on your
location. All orders are FOB Corona, CA. and we only ship
within the States. We reserve the right to use the carrier we
choose. Expedited shipping can be done at an additional
charge.
Shipping and Handling:
Shipping costs are not included in prices. These costs will
be added at time of shipment.
Taxes:
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within the state of
California unless a signed resale card is submitted with your
order.
Damages:
You must notify us within 72 hours of any damaged items.
Please retain all packaging until a resolution is made.
